How things get built together

01 Research & Define I explore user needs, behaviors, business goals, and constraints to uncover insights and define the right problem. 02 Design & Prototype I translate insights into user flows, prototypes, and intuitive interfaces—balancing usability, strategy, and visual craft. 03 Test & Iterate I validate concepts with users and stakeholders, using feedback and testing to refine the experience before development. 04 Deliver & Scale I collaborate with teams through handoff and launch, building scalable design systems and foundations for AI-ready products.
